The webinar will focus on the implementation of instructional leadership strategies & outcomes in relation to best practices surrounding teacher evaluation, rather than specifics of ONE evaluation model.

By participating in this session, participants can:

Refine their observation feedback (Dr. Phil Warrick will share instructional videos and model feedback!)
Learn strategies for navigating coaching conversations as an administrator.
Learn how to coach ALL teachers and help them move from one level to the next.
